Fatigued? Low Energy? Exhausted? Or Just Feeling Overall Lousy?

Fatigue, or low energy is one of the most common things that patients present with in practice. This is because of our busy and demanding lifestyles, as well as poor dietary choices and stress. Fatigue can come in many forms, from a general feeling of tiredness to not being able to get out of bed in the morning.
